The employees are so rude , I rather have a longer drive than to come back to this establishment! No guidance, always long lines, bad attitude!

No. Horrible. Only one person working the line that was out the door. Waited 20 minutes to get in front of the line and then the window was closed so that the worker can work on the boxes for the truck. So we all stood in line for another 10 minutes in silence while the boxes were taken care of with no one else to help the line. Not good.

Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Generally only 1 employee and I think my average wait time is 30 minutes, longest was 90 minutes. Absolutely no urgency. You can see that the employees have no morale because they know no help is coming. I saw someone come in for a passport appointment and the employee called out and they didn't tell them the appointment was cancelled. Waste of time. I have a PO box here and i constantly have to get in general public line to get my package which defeats the purpose of the PO box. I want to support local, I really do but I'm a captive customer. PLEASE COMPLAIN TO THE LOCAL POSTMASTER. This place is chronically understaffed.

If I could give a zero star I would, the customer service is the worst I seen, the lines are crazy long and many times there is no one up front working. It is a complete mess.

Today 6/25/26 @ 11:45 AM Supervisors/managers need to support their team better at 92509 post office. Terrible customer service, had 8 people ahead of me and a continuing line behind me. There were two clerks when I got here and the Asian clerk saw the line building and takes off to a lunch break I guess. The 73 year old clerk was kind and was left on her own to deal with the line. I know her age because she jokingly told another customer who btw had an appointment for passport and I guess the person handling the passports called out sick. Which I get it, it happens but no notice to the man who came for his scheduled appointment. The customer handled that very well. I waited 30 mins to ask why I had not received mail in 3 weeks. Clerk came back with my mail told me keep picking up your mail because your residential community mailbox is broken. Mind you NO NOTICE to residents and no urgency to fix. She asked me do I want to talk to supervisor, I said yes. Mind you they have the back door open, the clerk turns around the supervisor is sitting across the room and tells her "customer has complaint." Supervisor looks up and says "tell her I am in a meeting " as I am standing there watching this. Clerks turns around and repeats. I just walk out and tell them don't worry you wasted my time. Poor poor customer service. Supervisor is sitting there watching her employee get a whole line, people ringing door bells for the side door for packages, and customers having these questions. 0 team player for her team or post office. What would have made it right, is her coming up to me and giving me her direct line and telling me call me at his number and I will take your concern. All this could have been avoided as I was just looking to fix my mailbox. Btw that meeting wasn't that important if she was chatting during the time I was there with people.
