- CJC J1 day ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at the United States Postal Service (USPS). The female employee who assisted me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of basic respect toward customers. She did not even respond to a simple greeting, which reflects very poor customer service standards. In addition, she instructed me to carry the box to another counter instead of offering reasonable assistance or explaining why I needed to do so, which felt dismissive and inappropriate. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but she appeared to be a white female employee working at this location. I strongly believe USPS should investigate the customer service being provided by some of its employees, as this kind of behavior does not represent the professionalism customers should expect. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope USPS takes this complaint seriously and reviews this incident.

She was friendly to others but extremely rude and dismissive to me. I asked for an Electronic Return Receipt to save money, but she ignored my request and intentionally charged me for the more expensive physical one. When I asked for clarification, she responded with rude gestures instead of speaking. This branch has terrible ratings for a reason. Unprofessional, discriminatory, and zero customer service skills. Filing a formal complaint with USPS HQ.
