I had a simple question that wasn’t listed in the options the robot gave me. The actual conversation with the person took less than five minutes, and they were actually helpful. Crazy waste of time. Have humans answer the phone.

I have always had a great experience with the staff here and have never had a “missing” box or problems with delivery. The staff works incredibly hard and they are always very professional and very courteous to me. I’m blessed to have them in my community!
- TST SApr 23, 20191.0This place is a joke. Carol and Paulina are about the only employees who work here and if you care about your mail or professionalism then goto Twentynine Palms. These old hags have a discrimination clause against them and albeit for good reason. They seemingly make their own rules and policies as they go. USPS should investigate the happenings of this place but not like they care. I've personally listened to these ladies deny people their mail and treat respectful customers with indifference. This place insults my intelligence.
