The post office itself isn’t very large, but the employee who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain all the available shipping options in detail so I could choose the one that worked best for me. I had unfortunately developed the impression that customer service at public agencies was generally poor. This experience completely changed that perception. Thank you for your outstanding service and kindness!
