- ARA RatcliffApr 14, 20261.0Not a good experience w/ Emily Kuiyper. She really drops the ball. Was supposed to send out the check fedex after notary- did she, nope- only when we asked for the tracking numbers days later- then just full of excuses that of course it is not her fault!
- ARAndrew RietveldDec 15, 20215.0The team efficiently handled the transaction - I was representing the buyers and we were able to close escrow more than one week early. There were other factors such as a motivated buyer and seller as well as a top notch lender, however the escrow team handled many of the details that made this a smooth transaction.
- ELElsie LoddeJun 1, 20211.0The worst title company I have worked with. Save yourself the frustration and work with a title company in Sacramento. They didn’t even both contact me, as the buyer. I had to contact them a month into the process (which was actually after we were supposed to close) to ask when they were going to get any of my info. Emily Kuyper was never in the office when I had to call them. Clearly customer service isn’t a concern, Or even doing their job on a timely basis. She didn’t even contact the 1031 exchange company until after everything was done, delaying it further. If you are in a hurry and want a seamless close, do not expect that here.
