The older Asian woman working there was clearly racist. I was polite the whole time, but she was very impatient with me from the beginning. She spoke very fast, and since English is not my first language, it was harder for me to understand the differences between the mailing options.
When I paused for only about two seconds to think, she raised her voice and told me to step aside because she had other customers to help (I had already waited in line for 35 minutes to get to the counter).
What really bothered me was how differently she treated the white woman in front of me. She was very polite and patient with her. She explained everything carefully and even chatted with her about things that had nothing to do with the mailing process.
Later, I went back to the counter and continued dealing with the envelope with the man working next to her. He was polite and helpful.

Two employees went above and beyond to look for a lost package at this location. Steve is the unicorn and shining star! He’s a leader, empathetic, respectful, as well as kind and responsible. We want USPS to succeed- imagine not having a United States Postal Service? What’s going on? Missing Priority Next Day parcels can’t be put off an entire week- please update your system to 2026, treat your stellar employees like the superheroes they are, and recognize the outliers - you need them! I’m extremely grateful to Steve for his service and kindness. Thank you!

Seemed pretty decent for a post office so far. Package pickups always went smoothly and dropped off packages without any issues

Never delivers packages. Even though I was home all day, always marked “authorized recipient not available.” No knock, no doorbell ringing. Clearly lazy service. This has been going on for 5 years. Worst usps ever. Do not send packages through usps.
