The smart lockers do not work so you'll end up standing in the long line for 20 to 30 minutes to pick up a package. It's too bad they do not put more budget into hiring more staff. Two people working the counter during rush hours is not sufficient. The staff are calm and friendly despite the understaffed circumstances they are faced with daily.

Rude and hostile customer service despite an empty lobby. I was treated like an inconvenience for simply requesting a receipt for a pre-labeled package. One of the most unwelcoming USPS experiences I’ve had. I walked into this USPS location with a pre-labeled package and no customers in line. While I could have used the kiosk to get my receipt, there was no line, so I simply went to the counter. The employee immediately asked, “What do you want?” after seeing the barcode on my package. There was no greeting or basic courtesy. When I explained that I wanted to mail the package, she told me to just drop it off. After I clarified that I needed a receipt, she reluctantly processed it and then questioned why I was there, saying that the kiosk provides the same receipt. What made the experience particularly unpleasant was that she then started making negative comments to a coworker about customers who don’t use the kiosk. The entire interaction felt dismissive, hostile, and unprofessional. I understand that self-service options are available, but customers should not be criticized or made to feel unwelcome for requesting assistance at the counter, especially when there is no line and no wait.

ARENNA IS THE BEST! I was very overwhelmed on how to ship boxes internatioanlly, and she helped me easily understand the process and what I should do to ensure my packages are successfully shipped overseas. Arenna is super accommodating, friendly, and provides one of the best customer service experiences I have had at a post office. A+++ :)

Very long line but they are fast. If you want to drop a package you don't need to wait it line. Ask them.

Not only do they do they lose my package but when I call them they refuse to answer the phone. I have called several times and have gotten to the point where someone on the other end picks up the phone just to end the call. Not the first time this has happened. Absolutely the worst USPS ive ever dealt with. Insane. There should be an investigation into this place.
