- LSLayla Shams5 days ago1.0It was very crowded and there was an extremely long line. The staff was also very unfriendly despite the circumstances and multiple people in front of me for sent to the back of the line for reasons like 'You need to double check your shipping code.' Isn't that what they are supposed to help with? The self checkout also doesn't work- the only positive thing about this place was that it was decently clean.

- YCY CAug 14, 20261.0Employee by the name of Heekyung or Heeyoung is unbelievably rude. I went to pick up my mail as mailbox at my home was full and delivery person left a note. When you are on vacation for a month, you dont check mails. (How could you? ) You cannot tell me to check my mailbox “everyday” you do not have the right. This was FIRST time, and she threatened me and said that I will lose my box if I don’t check everyday. She said it in a very rude manner. FYI this employee name is repeated if you scroll below, people have horrible experience with this person. If you don’t want to work and feel grumpy, go home.
