- YCY C5 days ago1.0Employee by the name of Heekyung or Heeyoung is unbelievably rude. I went to pick up my mail as mailbox at my home was full and delivery person left a note. When you are on vacation for a month, you dont check mails. (How could you? ) You cannot tell me to check my mailbox “everyday” you do not have the right. This was FIRST time, and she threatened me and said that I will lose my box if I don’t check everyday. She said it in a very rude manner. FYI this employee name is repeated if you scroll below, people have horrible experience with this person. If you don’t want to work and feel grumpy, go home.

I got back in line and a different lady helped me out and she never even asked me for the amount. Wasted so much time.
