  One of the worst UPS locations I’ve been to. This is the second time I’ve been here and I’ve experienced the same issues both times. Customer service is consistently very slow. Even when simply dropping off a prelabled package, it should not take more than five minutes, yet this location is extremely slow compared to others. Unfortunately, one female staff member is regularly rude and unhelpful. Even when there’s a long line of customers waiting, she often ignores the line of customers and works on other things instead of assisting at the counter. To make matters worse, parking is extremely limited and difficult. A self check out kiosk would be helpful at this location to avoid the bad customer service. Overall, this location is frustrating to visit. I will not be coming here again. Save yourself the hassle and go to another UPS location if you can.

  Very friendly and professional staff. They helped me quickly with my shipping needs and made the whole process easy. Great customer service, fast service, and I will definitely come back for future shipping and printing services. Highly recommended!

  Joe is amazing! I first met him at the Tustin branch, and I was thrilled when he transferred to the Irvine branch after I moved to the area. He has always been incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful during every interaction. I actually prefer to visit in the mornings when he’s working because he’s so efficient—he always gets me taken care of quickly while still providing excellent service. Joe consistently makes shipping and Amazon returns a pleasant experience, and his customer service is truly exceptional.

  I had a wonderful experience at this UPS location while getting my Live Scan fingerprinting done for work. Nancy helped me through the entire process, and she was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Talking with her felt less like a business transaction and more like having a pleasant conversation with a friend. As someone who isn't usually great at making small talk with people I don't know, I was surprised by how comfortable and welcome she made me feel. I also want to recognize another staff member who helped me make my appointment and joined in our conversation. Her positive attitude made the visit even more memorable and helped everything go smoothly from start to finish. Throughout the process, Nancy was efficient, well-informed, and professional. She kept everything moving quickly without making me feel rushed, and there was never a moment where time was being wasted or questions were left unanswered. I originally chose this location simply because it was close to my workplace, but after meeting such kind and positive people, I wouldn't hesitate to drive here for any future mailing or Live Scan needs. Thank you, Nancy, and thank you to the other wonderful staff member who helped me. It was truly a pleasure meeting both of you, and I greatly appreciate your excellent customer service.

  Parking lot is atrocious, but that’s not all… Witnessed an employee (likely the owner) refuse return service to a disabled elderly man because he had not taped the package. She wanted him to pay $5 for her to tape it, which is not something I’ve ever heard of before at The UPS Store. Nevertheless, he left upset, confused, and without accomplishing what he was trying to do. This is clearly a cash grab designed to make people spend money at the location when they were promised an “easy” way to return their merchandise to Amazon. But, when you have a clearly handicapped person who cannot hear you, the mature step forward is to make the moment right and use 6 inches of tape and move on with your life. That did not happen. Not returning to this location for any reason. Reported malicious conduct to corporate.
