I went in there to get my receipt printed again which I have lost for an amazon return.The person working there was so rude and was of no help at all and asked me to contact customer support and kept shouting at us the whole time(and when customer service representative was telling us the store should be able to help us he was still shouting and was also shouting at the representative whom I was on a call with).

They have, without fail, always been helpful and courteous- even when I have been disorganized! It can be super crowded but I haven’t ever seen them be rude- even when I have cringed at the rudeness some people exhibit. I have also shipped via UPS with them and have never had a complaint.
