  Wonderful customer service provided by Matesh. He was very patient and explained the different options for packing and shipping several expensive electronic devices to another part of the state. He was friendly and helped pack up all the items so they would remain safe during shipment.

  Don’t go here if you need to print a document. They asked me to email my document to their UPS email then want to charge me $3.00 so I can access that document to print for $0.18 a page. Ridiculous!!! Go to FedEx office they only charge for printing nothing else

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at The UPS Store, especially because of Val! She was extremely professional, polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I needed to send important documents internationally to the Philippines, and she made everything go so smoothly and stress-free. Val even took the extra time to help me get a discount by adding my AAA membership, which I really appreciated. She also assisted me with wrapping and preparing my documents properly for international shipping and made sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Val definitely went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate all her help. She is an asset to this UPS Store. Highly recommend!

  Terrible customer service. I walked in and was literally the ONLY customer in the entire store. There were two employees working. The girl at the computer to my right greeted me and said, “I’ll be with you in a second.” Okay, no problem. But then I’m just standing there in complete silence waiting while she continues typing on the computer, yawning and stretching. Not even a simple, “You can go ahead and put your packages on the counter and I’ll help you as soon as I’m done.” Nothing. Meanwhile, the other employee is somewhere in the back. After standing there watching her yawn and stretch while I’m still the only customer waiting, I finally asked if anyone was going to help me. Instead of just helping me or apologizing for the wait, she responded with an attitude, “I told you one second.” I said, “That was a long one second.” She apparently didn’t hear me and actually asked, “What did you say?” So I repeated myself. The entire interaction was unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. I completely understand employees can be busy doing other things, but basic customer service and communication go a long way, especially when there isn’t a single other customer in the store. If you don’t enjoy your job, that’s one thing, but there’s no reason to take it out on customers. A simple acknowledgment and basic courtesy would have made this a completely different experience. Terrible customer service and definitely not what I expected from UPS.
