EDIT: Business owner reply does not understand my complaint. It's not an issue of overpricing. It's an issue of charging me for something that I shouldn't be charged for. I ordered a similar package from the same vendor, same selection online at this location and did not have this issue. It seems that talking down to customers instead of taking accountability is par for the course for this location. Buyer beware. Got charged a $10 pickup fee for using an access point that isn't supposed to have fee, so I essentially double paid for shipping. Staff was also rude and unhelpful. Acted like they were doing me a favor by doing their job. They were goofing off when I entered, they were not busy.

This is my neighborhood UPS and they are awesome. Few days ago I had to get some passport photo taken and the requirement was non standard; the first photo didn’t come out right(my own instruction was incorrect). But they were kind enough to make another photo for me free of charge and they were patient to read through the requirements text with me. I would highly recommend!
