  I do not know why they have such a high rating. I do not recommend. Associates have an attitude and are rude, not particularly helpful. You get the energy you put out and I hope you train your staff to take mental health days instead of being rude to your customers. This is why I choose Fed-Ex but had to come to a UPS store due to it being a specific drop off location for a time sensitive matter.

  We had to print on special paper that would get attached to a t shirt and the guys here were so nice to do that for us! Super and fast service 👍🏻 would totally recommend

  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell they really know their job well. they gave me great advice, walked me through all my options, and actually found a solution that was both cheaper and faster than what I had in mind. The store itself was spotless and well-organized, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. They handled everything quickly and conveniently without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days, and it definitely stood out. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future services and highly recommend this location to anyone who values fast, friendly, and knowledgeable help.
