- MVmatt v6 days ago1.0STAPLES IRVINE SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND WILL NOT ALLOW AN EXCHANGE 3 WEEKS LATER. I purchased a printer on 9/8/26. The printer stopped working a week later. Today is 9/27/26, I have the receipt but Staples Irvine will not allow me to exchange this product because I didn’t purchase the product protection plan. I will be filing a complaint with the State. This printer is a lemon. State Consumer Protection: In California, unless an item is sold "as is," all new merchandise (except clothing and consumable products) that is purchased primarily for personal, family or household use has a warranty implied by law. This implied warranty states that the merchandise must be fit for ordinary purposes. It exists for at least 60 days, or for as long as provided by any written warranty accompanying the item (up to one year).

- PDParashar DaveAug 21, 20261.0Very poor print experience. The people are not willing to help at all even if their system is fishy. Had to make multiple trips to get something printed
- CDCoach DionAug 19, 20261.0I've ordered businesses cards from staples on many occasions... but I'm 1 1/2 hours from my staples... for some reason they couldn't pull up my previous 3 orders of my cards at this store.... why do i have a staples rewards number that works at all staples... but the "businesses center" can't pull up or get to my previous orders? I thought staples was a chain store, not independently owned and operated... I will find a new places to shop!
