  As I walked in to drop off a package. There were no lines- all I did was scanned my QR code and boom, it printed the label and I placed it on my package and dropped it in the box. The label came with a receipt as well to track the package.

  Upgraded their photocopy machines--and someone can walk you through the options, e.g. save to USB or USB-C, color or b&w, etc. Very patient pepple behind the counters.

  The worst service ever! I have sent a package with documents using fedex express on Jan 28 and delivery was supposed to be on Jan 30. Deadline of the documents to be received by recipient was Feb 2. But Fedex has not delivered the package even on Feb 2!!! I have failed to meet the deadline thanks to Fedex and my application was denied due to this completely incompetent service! The worst part is that no one in fedex cares of your problems caused by them, just like robots they repeat the same words and not a single soul is there to really help you or even try to help you. I was left alone tet a tet with my problem caused by them, completely frustrated and lost so much money due to their incompetence. If you are sending really important documents try to avoid fedex at all costs, because they do not control the process properly and just don’t care :(
