I have been trying to get an update regarding a lost package from over 1 month ago that was never sent by this store and have contacted this store multiple times by both phone and email, but I have not received a response. Every time I call the store’s phone number, the voicemail inbox is "full", so I’m unable to even leave a message. I have also sent multiple emails with follow ups and have received no response. There should at least be a way to reach someone or receive a response. The lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely frustrating and has left me with no answers regarding my package. Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
