Everyone was friendly, smiling, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You could tell it was a family-run business. The family was often there working together, even the kids helping in the back, and there was always such a positive and joyful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly. The last several times I’ve visited, the customer service has been disappointing. There’s little to no greeting or acknowledgment when you walk in, the employees seem irritated by customers coming in, and there’s very little willingness to help. On my most recent visit, both employees were standing there but directed me to use the kiosk rather than assisting me. It’s really unfortunate to see a business I’ve supported for years go downhill this way. I truly hope the customer service improves and the welcoming atmosphere this location once had returns.
