  Not enough lines open for check out. Amazon returns and check out was the same line was/ wait was too long

  Ridiculously understaffed. There was only o e associate at the checkout and Amazon return line. No one came to help although the liinr had 10-12 people in it. 3 people left in the time I waited. No one apologized for the long wait and no one seemed to care that they were offering such poor service.

  Usual selection of office supplies and stationary. Not too busy in the evenings and easy to check out. Staff are helpful and quick to process transactions.

  If you are in urgent need of services, I would strongly recommend considering alternative providers. I placed an order for memorial cards on Tuesday with the expectation of same-day service for a time-sensitive event today. Unfortunately, the order was routed to a production center without any prior communication, and no viable solution was offered to meet the required timeline. I was advised that another location might be able to assist; however, they were unable to fulfill the request until the following day, which did not meet my needs. Clear and timely communication could have allowed for better planning on my end. Given this experience, I would encourage others to review customer feedback carefully before relying on advertised same-day services. In situations where timing is critical, it is important to work with a provider that can reliably deliver as promised or, at the very least, communicate promptly if issues arise.
