- JJJacqueline JimenezAug 29, 20263.0I’m leaving this review because I was very disappointed with how a situation was handled during my visit on 8/15/26. I was being assisted by German, who has helped me in the past and has always been professional and courteous. While he was assisting me, the customer being helped by the clerk next to us became upset about the service he was receiving and began making a scene. The situation became increasingly tense, with the other clerk and client raising their voices at each other. The manager, a woman with black hair and glasses, was standing between the two clerks with her arms crossed, watching the interaction without appearing to make any effort to de-escalate the situation. What concerned me even more was when she turned to German, who was assisting me, and very rudely told him, in front of the customers, something along the lines of “You know what you did wrong.” In my opinion, this only added to an already tense environment and came across as unprofessional and inappropriate. I returned on 8/29/26 for an unrelated matter and decided to speak with the manager directly because I wanted an explanation and wanted her to know that I was uncomfortable with how the situation had been handled. During that conversation, she explained the policies they are required to follow and clarified that no one was in trouble, but that they do have to enforce those policies. I appreciated that she was much more pleasant and willing to have the conversation. I understand that employees/businesses have policies they must follow and that managers sometimes have to step in during difficult customer interactions. My concern was not with enforcing policy, but with how the situation was handled and the lack of apparent de-escalation when tensions were already high. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Overall, my experiences at this location have been positive.
