    Horrible delivery I ordered my package and it would days to give a gift to my mom and none of these UPS people could deliver it within the range of notifying me. None of not a single notification popped up that the package had arrived. I was checking in daily I was checking in the same day of the delivery and not a notification that it had arrived low and hold I checked in one hour later and it turns out that they had attempted a delivery. I live in an apartment complex. UPS did not try to contact me at all regarding the delivery on my package so now I have to wait an extra business day because of them and for the record their business days on Saturdays because they’re exclusive and they think that I have all the time in the world to wait I don’t I shouldn’t have to pay extra. that’s just greedy. I wanted my delivery package. It was supposed to be delivered today but I did not get it and I did not get it because UPS did not notify me. I was at home . It says delivery failed that the receiver was not home. That is a blade and lie and it’s disgusting that a business would lie to the people that support them.

    I just want to say this UPS location has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Despite how busy it gets and the amount of work they handle, the staff always stay professional, patient, and helpful with everyone. I especially want to recognize Erica and her coworker, who went above and beyond to help me. You can really tell they put in a lot of effort dealing with so many customers every day, and they still manage to provide great service. I truly hope the company recognizes their hard work and gives them the special appreciation they deserve.
