  I have been a loyal Staples customer since 2015, and there is a reason I continue coming back year after year: the exceptional customer service and incredible team! I work professionally in Business Development, so I truly understand the importance of customer service, relationship building, professionalism, consistency, and making people feel valued. That is exactly what I experience every time I visit this Staples location. I want to give special recognition to three outstanding individuals who consistently go above and beyond: Lily from the Print Center, Karina, the Assistant Manager, and Ken, the General Manager. Their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to their customers truly set this location apart. They don’t just provide excellent service; they make every interaction feel personal. They take the time to understand my needs, offer solutions, and ensure that I leave completely satisfied. Whether it’s a simple office supply purchase or a more detailed printing project, I know I can always count on this team to deliver.   Pedí ayuda en el área de copias y la muchacha no me quiso ayudar, me dijo que ahí estaban las copiadoras y luego otro muchacho me dijo que el no trabajaba en esa área. Pésimo servicio 😕
