I've been to diff county w/ diff USPS office but USPS Warner branch is one I can call home and Ernesto is one of the gem working there. Appreciate your help and always making sure customer will leave their branch "happy and satisfied" Kudos… and all the best to you and your team.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are so mean and horrible if one Asian lady kept rejecting service and not just me but multiple people. Why work in a service industry if yall dont work

Went in at 8:30AM on Friday to renew my passport. Usually, the workers will look over your documents, add your passport photo and go from there. That did NOT happen today. I walked up to an Asian lady, no hello, how may I help you? Nothing! I explained what I was there for, I had to speak first, very unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. She tells me, you don’t need an appointment, just mail it. Ok, mail it where? No help, she then jested for me to get out of her line. I walked over to where the envelopes are and got back into line after I looked up the mailing address for my passport renewal. I saw a white man, he’s worked there for several years and I figured I would simply ask him if that was the correct address I would be sending it to and I also wanted to ask him a question regarding the passport photo and if they attach it for Me on the paper or if I would need to do this myself and if so, what to use as I know how picky the federal government is with their bullshit paperwork requirements. I also didn’t know if I need to send in my birth certificate as I have my old passport and it’s just a renewal. I do not wanna go through all this work just to have my papers sent back to me. Well, I’m assuming his name is JEFF because I see lots of bad reviews on him. I went up politely to ask him these questions and he points his figure and says NO! You cannot ask me anything! Get back in line! So I asked him where did he get off talking to me that way!? He looked shocked but didn’t say anything back to Me, no apology or anything. I said you guys are so stupid and unprofessional here! Where’s your customer service? I left, that was totally uncalled for and yet they’re still employed! Never ever does anyone lose their job for acting this way and these people that were in there today have worked there for years and years. I would have made a complaint with the manager but this seems pointless as I am see based off the reviews he is just as crazy as his employees are.
