- PPPatti PeeblesJul 9, 20261.0Dropped off my package with a preprinted label. Usually, I get a tracking notification. Checked online and it keeps telling me the package is waiting to be shipped. I went inside, the two ladies at the counter could have cared less. “It’s not here.” That’s it. Couldn’t be bothered to help me in any way. I know one of the names but I’m not posting here. The name I will post is the employee at the next station- who offered to look up the tracking from his station when he finished with his current customer. He looked it up, gave me some information and told me how I could scan it myself the next time. I didn’t know I could do that, I just put it in the bin on the wall. Chad was very helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile. While I still don’t know where my package is, at least Chad tried to help me. Those two ladies…absolutely terrible employees.
