  Most employees are kind and helpful, some are apathetic and inefficient in managing a busy store and client management, creating not only long lines and severe wait times. Unhappy customers

  On two separate occasions now (today being most recent), I have paid a fee to have a package routed to this location via UPS. Both times, the person helping me couldn’t find the package after me waiting or 15-20 minutes while they search. Both times, I’m turned away without my package and told to come back tomorrow. The first time I was told “the person was looking in the wrong spot”, so I make the second trip back to get my shipment. Today, I was just told to come back tomorrow. No plan from the young lady helping me to let me know if my package is located. I guess just come back and cross my fingers. When I voice my displeasure (kindly and calmly mind you) that I have now paid a fee twice to be inconvenienced due to the store’s lack of organization, I am told “have a good day”. I had the girl take my name and phone number, in hopes they will let me know if they find my package. Complete lack of training, customer care or concern for my issue. There definitely needs to be a better system in place for these minimally trained staff members to locate customer packages. Both times this has happened, the associate just roamed around through mounds of boxes before I was met with the “I don’t know” look and told to come back. No ambition, no sense of urgency, no care for the customer need. Complete disappointment. Being generous with the second star because sometimes, the person that is behind the counter is nice. It’s a crap shoot really. I’ll never have a package routed here when I’m unable to be home for UPS delivery again.
