  The owners of this store are so cheap but they take it too far. If you pay for packaging or a new bag they don’t use the proper packaging supplies you pay for. They grab reused Amazon bags or boxes to pack things in when you pay for packaging. This should not be allowed at all and more people need to be aware of these cheap practices. They also pretend like ground service doesn’t exist. Ground exists at all ups stores and is always cheapest for the customer!!!!!!!!! They will push three day or usps and pretend like they don’t have ground. These are such disgusting practices and I’m surprised corporate would be ok with this. There’s too many ups stores to give your time or money to people who run their business like this. But yall are being scammed if you go here and it needs to be known.

  Scheduled a notary appointment online and when I went in they had "gone home for the day" so I had to pivot quickly to get some important documents signed on time. How hard is it to call people when they have an appointment that isn't going to happen?

  Disrespectful & Very disappointing customer service. We came to the UPS Store in Hercules to complete paperwork and have it notarized. While we were in the middle of filling out our paperwork, the store manager began using a blower on the carpet inside the store. I immediately began sneezing and explained that I have allergies and asked if he could please stop while we finished our paperwork. Instead of accommodating the request, he refused and told us that we could either leave until he was finished or move somewhere else. As paying customers trying to complete a service, and I found it extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to continue blowing dust during open store hours—especially after I explained that it was causing an allergic reaction. There is an appropriate times to clean. Management should understand that customer comfort and basic consideration matter.

  On 8/12/26 at around 9ish I went to this store for a 2 day air service to Houston, TX. The young staffer was very pleasant and friendly! I paid $62.89 for the package (large envelope) to get there on Friday! The package didn’t get there until 9 pm last night, 8/18/26!!!! Disappointed, to say the least. USPS would have been cheaper and faster!!!
