- BLBrissel LopezJul 17, 20261.0I made an appointment for 1:45pm for my 2 babies to get their passports we got there at 1:49pm and waited almost 10 minutes in line with my 2 babies and there was no one in front of us other than the customer the front desk was already helping. They didn’t have any applications for passports in the front for me to fill out ahead of time, by the time we were helped the lady at the front told us there is only a 5 minute grace period. We were there before the 5 minute grace period ended, the office was empty and she still turned us away and told us to reschedule. A waste of time, huge lack of effort and overall poor management
