Thank you to the front desk staff, the clerks, the supervisors, every mail carrier, and everyone working behind the scenes. Most people only see a package arrive at their door, but they don’t always see the teamwork, organization, patience, and dedication that make it happen every single day. A special thank you to the receptionist. You deal with long lines, endless questions, heavy packages, and still help keep everything moving. That deserves recognition. As someone who ships packages regularly, I know how much work goes into every scan, every label, every truck, and every delivery. You help small businesses grow, families stay connected, and people receive everything from important documents to birthday gifts and surprises. Let’s be honest… my packages probably spend more time with USPS than they spend with me. 📦Somehow they always know where to go, and that’s pretty incredible. The USPS team doesn’t just deliver mail—they deliver opportunities, memories, good news, and sometimes the little bit of retail therapy we all pretend we didn’t order. To every mail carrier walking in the summer heat, driving through the rain, or delivering during the holidays: thank you. Your work matters more than most people realize. - ECElizabeth CApr 27, 20261.0NOTE : THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME COMING HERE. The lady was a bit ridiculous telling me that she couldn't take my package because my return address was not showing. I fold my shipping label to save tape and I have never ever ever ever ever had a problem with delivery doing it this way. When they scan it they have all the information in their palm. They will even put other stickers on it to identify it. So I just took them back from her and then shove them in the little slot and they got delivered with NO PROBLEM. I AVOID THIS PLACE WHENEVER POSSIBLE. MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS NOT VERY GOOD.

The customer service has been excellent every time I’ve gone in. I typically only send letters and envelopes, and I’ve never had any issues with my mail. Everything runs smoothly. This place might look a bit hidden at first, but it’s honestly a hidden gem. It’s also very clean and well organized. Definitely recommend this location!

- RSRichard SmithApr 4, 20244.0PERSONALLY THIS PLACE IS a hidden Jewel because I am a disabled Senior Citizen , a newbie, having No one to guide me around this township, with no personal Chaufferr, can not afford Uber, taxi, the buses do not make it easier because would have to take two different routes and the main USPS branch is WAY OUT OF DISTANCE TO GET TO.
