- MMMelinda Mcclain1 day ago1.0I came in this morning to get some pictures and documents on my phone printed out and the girl with dark brown shoulder length hair, not sure of her name, was very rude to me. I told her I needed some pictures printed from my phone and she asks me, what kind of pictures? I don't think it matters what kind of pictures they are and I shouldn't have to tell her that in order to get service. When she prints them out she can inspect my pictures all she wants. She then proceeds to help other customers standing in line in back of me while she just totally ignores me. Poor customer service, rude and unprofessional.

She wasn't very polite or helpful and treated me like I was stupid for simply asking if I could email all shipping labels at one or if I should send each one individually. She also ignored me when I was saying out loud that I don't see any tape while looking around for it.

She seems to judge others based on her comfort level. Sorry...but this is not how it works! Also, why did this girl wait on 3 customers in the Amazon line and decided to help over 3 people in the checkout line, and then waited on me and afterwards went back to waiting on the people in the checkout line?!? Where are the other workers?!? Last but not lesst...Staples need to hire mature individuals who love their job or go somewhere else, that why it's called a job and not a career!!
