I had such a wonderful experience at the UPS Store in Healdsburg, in the Safeway shopping center. I was there for several hours dealing with multiple packages from different sources, and Ashley and Pedro were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. 📦🛍️ Pedro was wonderful. He mentioned that he had just started, which honestly surprised me because he was so friendly, professional, and helpful. He made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, and his customer service was exceptional. He is a real asset to the team, and UPS is very lucky to have him. I was also very impressed with Ashley. Watching the way she guided and supported Pedro, while also making sure everything was handled properly, really stood out to me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging, and it was clear that she is a natural leader. I genuinely think she would make an exceptional manager. After spending several hours in the store, I had plenty of opportunity to see how they interacted with customers, and I was consistently impressed. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a potentially complicated experience so much easier. Ashley and Pedro are both outstanding, and UPS is lucky to have them. I really appreciated their help and wanted to take the time to recognize the excellent customer service they provided. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly staff, terrible store policies. I’ve tried to give this establishment more than a few opportunities to show me otherwise, but my last visit was the last straw. I went in for passport photos, cost me $28. I asked for digital copy, but 10 min later after leaving I realized I needed hard copies. I called and asked if I could have them printed out, they told me I needed to pay another $28 to do this. They said it would be treated as a new photo. Ridiculous. I ended up going to CVS where I tried to use the photo to reprint and I did not fit the parameters, they couldn’t use it anyway! I ended up taking a new (better) photo at CVS and it only cost me $17+. Doesn’t the management realize how far good customer service will take you? Now instead, I will share my negative experiences. From the looks of their 1 star reviews, many others already have. Do better UPS Healdsburg.

I was in here for about ten minutes and every single customer who walked in was a total pill - but the staff handled them all like champs! Patient, knowledgeable, and efficient as they could be. So helpful with amazon packages!
