- LLleslieJun 13, 20265.0Needed to send papers to court. With self addressed stamped envelopes. Too big for standard mailer. Employee was so great. Helped me out with everything. Explained my options and worked with me to find the least expensive but most efficient option. What a life saver. Thanks again
- SSsmartiJun 6, 20263.0I have PO Box here and it just sucks that I can’t access my mail on Saturday. Also there are two ladies and one is extremely nice and helpful. Only reason it gets 3 stars. But this other lady is just rude. It always seems like customers are an inconvenience to her and when I ask a question she makes me feel dumb. The last time I was there her computer went down which is understandable but she could have helped her coworker by asking people if they are there to get packages and grabbed them for the other lady to scan or asked if people just had simple questions to answer.

The customer service was flat-out rude, and they locked the doors a full 15 minutes before closing even though the line inside was short and totally manageable. There’s no reason customers should be shut out early when the posted hours say otherwise. It comes off as lazy, unprofessional, and disrespectful to people who are just trying to get their errands done. This location seriously needs attention and better management.
- MGMaegan GarrawayFeb 23, 20261.0Not enough employees for the traffic employee made the line exit when 1pm hit because there is not enough service for customers the line wasn’t completed before lunch everyone was directed to come back and wait in line again at 2pm this is unacceptable to have go to another post office 20 miles away because your local one cannot service you!
