- JNJenny Lyn NguyenJun 12, 20261.0They always somehow cannot deliver my package. And when I tried calling them to hold my package, they dont pick up. Called like 10 times. I'm normally more understanding if they're busy but i called right when they opened.
- ACAndrew CMay 30, 20261.0I came on a Saturday. The lines were long, and all windows were closed except one for passport. Took about 30 minutes to drop a package. Union City one is much better in terms of efficiency

THE USPS ON SANTA CLARA HAS AN ABUNDANCE OF TRASH AND GRAFFITI AND OVERGROWN WEEDS AND VEGETATION THAT HAS NOT BEEN MAINTAINED IN MONTHS. THE LACK OF LANDSCAPING TELLS THE COMMUNITY THAT THE POST MASTER IS NOT IN CONTROL OF HIS OFFICE AND POOR LEADERSHIP! THIS USPS WAS FINED FROM CODE FROM REFUSING TO REMOVE THE UNHOUSED THAT WERE TRESPASSING ON THE PROPERTY FOR YEARS!

Same Vietnamese lady mentioned does not even hit capture when you place your finger on the machine. Once I told her to click the capture button, it immediately captured my fingerprint. I do not think she is competent at all, as well as being rude and impatient. Found it interesting that the first review I saw from 3 months ago is about the same situation I experienced. PLEASE DO BETTER HAYWARD USPS!
