- ASAngie SanchezAug 24, 20261.0I came here to get a single picture for my passport with a appointment scheduled btw, and i knocked twice to her door and no response at all and i had to wait more then 30mins. And this big lady with green t-shirt, and she was the only one not wearing a uniform, nor a name tag. She came out of the room and totally just walked past me like if i didn’t knock the door at all, just to go and yap with her coworkers. Really disrespectful and I really hope government change this people because they clearly don’t wanna do their job.

They just rely on the system and cant do any critical thinking on what the customer is explaining. My packages had been lost here twice and when i explain the situation i just get a blank lost stares. Stay away, save your time and use ups or fedex.
- RCRicardo ChowAug 4, 20261.0We were there to pick up our mail due to our mailbox being broken (thieves broke into it), stood in line as usual, when we were next we were sent to stand in a another line. This Asian lady who usually serves on the far left side of the counter was extremely rude! She said “next door” when we had been helped at the counter before. Without an explanation, we politely walk next door, when there was someone in line waiting for 10 minutes! We wouldn’t go there if our mailbox isn’t broken, but this post office has the WORST Service, because of this one clerk (she seems of Asian Vietnamese descent). This office needs a better system of mail pick up and of customer service.

It has been about 5 weeks now and I went in on Monday to see what was going on because I hadn't recieved a call to come in for my keys yet. I spoke to the Manager and she could not find the status on my replacement and told me she would call me back within a few hours. It's been over 24h and still no updates.
