The two ladies working the counter were engaged in conversation about driving a stick shift versus an automatic. They pulled me into the conversation and when I left, I didn’t think to ask for a receipt. The packages were already labeled so I wasn’t too worried. Unfortunately for me, they decided to keep those packages for themselves and stole $600 worth of Alo clothing. If you see a woman wearing burgundy Alo gear at the Hayward UPS store, that came from me. If I could leave less than a one star rating I would. Don’t trust these thieves.
