My main concern was not being able to change my payment method on the jobstack app. So, when I was set up with a wisely card- I’m thinking, ‘Great, I’ll get my money in 24-48 hours.’ Wrong. The clerk (a younger man) kept my debit card on file and completely delayed my earnings. Now, all he has to say is, “you’ll have to wait up til 10 days for the check to bounce,” since it’s going to a deleted account. I should have never had this issue or delay when I specifically told the clerk. What was the point? I still haven’t even got any email confirmation that he put in a ticket for my issue. So, today’s day 2 of having to resolve the issue they made. I am personally having to escalate this.
