The lady did not even allow for me to speak, she kept talking over me like I’m a child lol. Extremely rude way to treat customers, being kind goes a long way! Had she just explained things to me carefully I would know what to do, instead she’s points “right there” to drop off my box. How am I supposed to know what right there is? A door? A box? On the counter? Maybe say open the door here to your left and drop off the box. So simple!!!!!

So you make an appointment to wait for 50 minutes.. you're going to WAIT (this location does not have ANY seating). And don't even think about trying to make any sense of anything or you're arguing. You're on an underfunded USPS location ride! Half of the people in line could of just googled what they needed. It's a mess! Try to avoid coming if possible. Internet is your friend.
