  Extremely poor customer service and concerning package handling during this particular visit to the UPS Access Point. Before going to the location, I received an email stating that my packages had already been picked up, even though I had not picked them up. I called the location to report the issue and then went there to retrieve my packages. While I was there, the employee, who verbally identified herself as “Jovanna” although I may have the spelling incorrect; continued scanning my pickup packages while arguing back and forth with me. She eventually returned and stated that the packages were “not coming up.” I reminded her that I had called earlier to report receiving an incorrect notification stating that my packages had already been picked up. When my packages were located, they appeared to have been opened and taped back up. I asked what might have happened and explained that I was simply making an observation that they may have been opened during transit. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she responded sarcastically, “Next time, would you prefer that we not tape your packages?” She then accused me of suggesting that the location had opened them. The employee continued arguing even after I asked her to complete the transaction so I could leave. When I requested her name, she responded that she was “leaving there anyway” because she is a third-year college student, so I could take her name. Her response suggested that she was unconcerned about being held accountable because she did not plan to remain employed there. Considering how busy this location can be, the manager and other staff members are usually very professional, even when handling a high volume of transactions and long lines. Unfortunately, this particular interaction did not reflect the level of service I have typically received from the rest of the team. Receiving an incorrect notice that my packages had already been picked up was concerning enough. Finding them opened and taped back up, followed by this level of dismissive and argumentative customer service, made the situation even worse. Management should address this employee’s conduct with appropriate customer-service training

  Came and drop off my package many times. Employees always print labels. Came this time and they wanted to charge $2.50 for print. I explained that I always come and drop my items off without an issue. Manager was super rude.
