  Understaffed. After 10 months in a line of 8 people with the lone employee in the backroom, I went to another store.

  Terrible, I went for a passport photo and had to come back 3 times in 2 weeks! It still wasn't ready after the third time. They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. They promised to call me when my photo was ready on a Wednesday and never did. At least I got my money back after coming three times.

  Today is June 19, 2026. It is already 9:20 AM, and the branch is still closed, even though the posted opening time is 9:00 AM.

  Manager had very bad customer service also dropped my box that could had have parts that could break by dropping it to the ground the way he did instead of bending and placing my box on the ground.
