    Absolutely awful service! I was waiting for a package, and I just happen to be passing by my open front door to see the FedEx truck drive up, parked across the street from my house. I was waiting on a package and had actually left a signed receipt on my door allowing them to drop off the package without my signature. Instead of getting out the truck to deliver my package, he used a smart phone to report back on the tracking that it was undeliverable because I was not at home. What made this worse was that he used a picture from the previous Delivery. I have proof that the label that was on my door is in a totally different position than the one he displayed in the picture. I walked out the front door yelled at the truck to get his attention and he ignored me and kept driving. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from FedEx. I’ve had this happen with some of their competitors, but this goes to show. They’re definitely not perfect and are starting to lose their ranking as one of the best. I did call the 800 number to get assistance to about the package, because I do not feel that I should have to go to the station to pick it up because he was too lazy to get out of the truck. The representative on the phone was exceptional and understood the situation and promised me that he would have the package delivered to me tonight. Fingers crossed. If I get it, I’ll be happy to change my rating.

    Worst FedEx out their, they don’t care about their customers and they also like to take their sweet time even thought packages are getting delayed for days.

    This was my first time using FedEx. The counterperson was so helpful. Just got notified that my sent package was received. Everything went great!

    Well FedEx need to do a staff review the people in here a very rude and the people they hire have always a really bad vibe. And specially the senior personal.

    Find somewhere else. I would absolutely not ship anything from here. Sadly, staff members stole packages from my customers and I in November 2025. 3 items were in 1 drop-off and 12 more 2 days later. Total value, $8500. Once I started getting questions from my buyers, I looked at tracking updates... Last scan at Fedex location. Not 1 package was ever scanned outside of that facility. So, before starting my claim, I thought it would be best to go in and talk to the team. I saw and talked to Anthony (who took all packages on both days) and 2 other team members, including the on site manager. Confusion by all... "why would it say it's still here?" "Let me go check and see if here." "I remember scanning those in and bagging them." I didn't expect anyone to take accountability but I expected better help than just shoving me off to customer service. I asked the manager if camera footage will be reviewed since someone clearly stole the items. "The claims department might look at that during the investigation." And that's where it gets even worse. After immediately filling out their online form, things feel like they are progressing quickly. But, email exchanges all the way thru February 4. Then, silence. "Your claims are in for approval and payment but that is done thru another department" I asked for contact info for the other department. Crickets. It's now mid May. No reimbursement. Only partial claims are in process and still very little communication. I hope the thieves were found and fired. I hope fedex improves their customer service. I hope those of you that might be reading this review really consider using another shipping carrier.
