I was waiting for a package, and I just happen to be passing by my open front door to see the FedEx truck drive up, parked across the street from my house. I was waiting on a package and had actually left a signed receipt on my door allowing them to drop off the package without my signature. Instead of getting out the truck to deliver my package, he used a smart phone to report back on the tracking that it was undeliverable because I was not at home. What made this worse was that he used a picture from the previous Delivery. I have proof that the label that was on my door is in a totally different position than the one he displayed in the picture. I walked out the front door yelled at the truck to get his attention and he ignored me and kept driving. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from FedEx. I’ve had this happen with some of their competitors, but this goes to show. They’re definitely not perfect and are starting to lose their ranking as one of the best. I did call the 800 number to get assistance to about the package, because I do not feel that I should have to go to the station to pick it up because he was too lazy to get out of the truck. The representative on the phone was exceptional and understood the situation and promised me that he would have the package delivered to me tonight. Fingers crossed. If I get it, I’ll be happy to change my rating.
