- MWMax WatsonAug 25, 20261.0Absolutely awful experience yesterday. Went in unknowing the rules of the priority vs. Ground packaging and wasn't given any direction until I asked them to explain to me like I was in kindergarten, I got a dirty look for saying that from the supervisor (sheldon). Instead of actually being helpful he was harsh and judgemental and sent my mail back to me. They said nothing to me about it the first time I did it and I'm very irritated with their lack of communication and helpfulness. Seriously need a better system if you are going to be partnered with 3rd party apps. Tempted to not even go back. Awful experience. Update: tried going in to see if they would rewrite their wrongs about the packages. They lost one of my packages and put a note on top of a label and wouldn't rewrite their wrong and said it was a me problem not a them problem (that was tony) they also said to not assume the packages were lost when my app on vinted told me that it was at the facility. I am contemplating taking them to small claims court for the lost items since they were far from helpful and had no sense of remorse. Awful supervisors. I can't express enough how awful my 2 experiences have been there with the workers.
