  Love this store, customer service was exceptional. I didn't get the cashier's name. He had the best attitude at closing time tonight.

  They now have a UPS inside . Idk if it was always there but I was able to kill 2 birds with one stone and the people at the printing side are very helpful.

  This Staples has really friendly & helpful staff. The store has also creatively diversified their offerings to include balloons, as well as bin sales.

  I very rarely come to staples, but On 08/27/26 at approx 1935 hrs I walked in to ship off a small box via UPS with a QR code a business sent me. Woman working the print area at the time, was undeniable giving off vibes you can see from 40 feet away, that she didnt want to be bothered with business. When she spoke she was very short and sharp with her responses. When she saw I had a QR code she sharply told me "you need to go to the actual UPS store. We don't scan QR codes here". I then asked if im able to print a lable. She said yes, pointed at a area, and said "follow the directions on the sign". I walked over and was struggling with the process ( I have never done this before), but I can see her just staring at me. I then thought I had it emailed. I pointed to a computer and asked if that's what I use to retrieve my emailed label. She said yes, and I walked over and swipped my card to turn it on. After approx 3-5 min trying to use it (and it charging me) I tell her I cant get it to work. She the tells me "your not supposed to be on the computer, but on the screen on the printer". I told her, im here cause I pointed and asked you. You saw/heard me, and you said yes. I just wasted money for no reason. At the printer screen I spent another 5-10 mins trying to navigate it (while its charging me of course). Once my lable printed she yelled over to come to her and she will take the lable. I never asked for help, cause it was apparent she didnt want to help. She saw me needed it all along. She immediately printed my receipt, handed it to me, and told me have a nice day. Very apparent she wanted me gone prior to her even attaching the shipping lable, or taping up the box closed. I was so upset with her attitude, and how I wasted more $ at the printer and copier than probably the business who prepaid the original shipping lable. I just left her with the untapped box and walked out. I don't care if she stole items out of the box, it wasn't worth the argument.
