  I had a great experience at the Staples location in Hanford, California. I placed a last-minute online order only about 30 minutes before closing, and Mo went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed for the next day. He stayed at least 15 minutes after closing to make sure I found all the items I was looking for, find replacements for items that were not available, and provided excellent customer service the entire time. I truly appreciate the extra effort and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for helpful and dependable service.

  Amazing store with a fantastic selection of office supplies! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I need. I love shopping here for my work and personal projects!

  I had an outstanding experience at the Staples in Hanford thanks to Patricia. I needed help transferring files from my phone to get them printed, and she made the entire process seamless and stress-free.Patricia is incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. She handled everything with no problem at all and is truly a blessing to the company. If you need expert assistance and great service, ask for her!

  Amazing experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my shopping trip a breeze. I found everything I needed, and the store was well-organized and tidy. Definitely my go-to place for office supplies!

  Customer service is so bad. I dropped off a book on Monday. I needed it to be spiral bounded. Lady said it would be ready on Friday. I went in on Saturday at 9am. Book wasn’t ready. Guy said give him 10 min. While waiting i found an item in the $1 bin. I asked another lady if the item i chose was $1. She said “yes”. At the same time i asked the same lady if they give digital copies of passport pictures. She said “yes”. So my hubby took a passport photo. At the register, the $1 item rang up as $12.99, we didn’t get the digital photo we needed coz they ran out of usb’s said the lady that took the photo and also said “you should’ve told me that in the beginning “ well… i told her co-worker that! And her co-worker should have told her that we needed a digital copy!! And the 10 min wait time i was given was actually 1 hour. So no… i am not going back there. I’d drive to Visalia if need be.
