- R4Review 4YouDec 26, 20221.0Horrible service. As someone who fled a domestic violence situation, now staying at a shelter, I rely on General Delivery at this USPS. However, twice now, the Asian man working there has threatened me with returning my packages. The first time was because I couldn't get there for one week, due to car problems. The second time, he accused me of abusing the system, and that if any packages arrived the next day, they would be returned. He said he was being nice by allowing me to have my packages that time.

Its there look for it open your eyes please. Do your job.ive been in the service end of nibs all my life an i can tell you this as low as the pay was i still gave it 110 percent .Because thats the way it should be. you all were so damn confused today i couldn't believe my eyes.
- BCBryan ChavezMar 23, 20171.0They refuse to leave packages that won't fit in the mailbox even when I'm home they will not go to the door. When I go to pick the package up they can't find the package based on the tracking number the person behind the counter goes to the back and searches for up to 20 minutes for my package. The carrier on two occasions has failed to leave a slip about a package that was not delivered. I must assume because they're federal employees they just don't care. It's hard to imagine any other explanation for such a level of incompetence.
