- AAAAug 5, 20235.0I absolutely love coming here. The staff is always super friendly. Monica is always so cheerful and polite. The new Postmaster is extremely helpful if you have any issues, and he has a lot of patience. The day I was there a customer came in complaining about something that was their fault but had the audacity to blame the staff. I’m sorry lady but you and everyone else in this town aren’t entitled to anything, follow the rules. The rules are there for a reason, nobody cares that you have lived here for 20 years except you. Rules change just like seasons. Deal with it! Sorry for my rant, but this office is great. Never a line and I’d come here verses going to my own Post office in my town. Keep up the good work Gustine Post Office.

- CAChristopher AlvaresFeb 25, 20211.0They do not do their job. You will have to go there everyday to pick up your packages. They are too lazy to do their jobs and bring your package to your door. Disabled and in need of medicine? Don't count on it. Order UPS or FedEx. They will not deliver your package and will be very rude when dealing with them at all. Many people would love to have a job and would do their job. Thanks for nothing Vanessa and the rest of Gustine USPS for continually lying to me and refusing to deliver my packages 👌👌👍👍🤙 or is it because we don't live in a house so since we are lower income they think we don't need our packages at our door. Whatever it is they do not do their jobs. The jobs that we pay them to do. Anyways that is enough ranting, I will be having my third conversation with these incompetents tomorrow. Wish me luck.
