They lie about not being able to find the address and don't deliver packages. If you go in there to find out where your package is, a very rude employee -- Kayla Gonzalez -- screams about how she has a baby at home and doesn't need to be there. When faced with this rude behaviour I asked to speak to her boss. He wasn't in and doesn't come in before 1:30, I was told. Asking for her boss resulted in another temper tantrum -- I was screamed at to "GET OUT". I complained to the USPS and got a friendly phone call from someone from the post office after a couple of days explaining that they are short-staffed and don't have enough budget and that I should put "General Delivery" on my address so my packages are kept at the post office. -- this basically confirmed what everyone in town says: they don't deliver packages. You have to go pick them up at the post office. They are just lazy and are stealing their paychecks. When I went there, there was only one person in line in front of me and no-one behind me. It wasn't like there was a line of people waiting to get served and they were rushed off their feet. I don't buy the story that they can't find an address on Highway One that has been here for decades. This is a one street town -- It doesn't even have a traffic light! The FedEx guy finds me easily enough. And my package? My complaint resulted in it getting returned to Amazon! So 2 weeks after I ordered it, I have to wait for a refund and reorder it to a friend's address in a town where the post office actually delivers packages. Why don't I just put "general delivery" on my packages and go pick them up from Kayla Gonzalez? I never forgive someone screaming disrespect at me. I will not contribute to her paycheck. Check out the pictures of what you have to walk through to get to the front door. They take no pride and I guess the postmaster can't see it from home and the rest of them couldn't care less.

They never actually deliver packages, even though they can get pretty much anywhere since they have 4x4 jeeps. Also, the postmaster is extremely rude.
