She was absolutely amazing and made me feel like the issue would be addressed and corrected. The problem was corrected and I am very happy with the outcome. It was so nice to receive excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

And the carrier in Montana had to make a 2nd trip. He made the deadline for me. So I thank both of you. I appreciate so much more for one of our most basic needs. It is much easier if you are sincere in your actions. Thank you for that.
