  Walked in, no greeting. An employee was on his cell phone. A woman saw me come in, didn't greet me. Finally after a few minutes she said, I'll be with you in a minute. I decided to leave after being ignored. I told the woman I was going to the post office she said, fine, whatever. You don't need my hard earned money if you're going to ignore me. Will not be going there again.

  Securely wrapped and sent out a drone and helped dummy boyfriend print out the return label - shout outs to anyone who works in the shipping industry, it looks confusing and tape is hard to use sometimes :^)

  I came into the UPS Store with a very confusing Amazon return involving three large privacy screens. Amazon had only provided one return code, so I ended up having to call Amazon from inside the store to get everything sorted out. John Albert was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire process. Even though the situation wasn’t caused by the UPS Store, he remained calm, courteous, and helpful while I worked through Amazon’s confusing return instructions. What impressed me most was that he genuinely cared about helping me find a solution. He treated me with kindness and respect from beginning to end, and he turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. Excellent customer service deserves to be recognized, and John is a wonderful example of that. I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you, John!

  I brought in 2 Amazon returns this morning and made a mistake in how I separated them for Jason as he was packing them up. It required him to get creative with repacking without distroying the label. He was super kind and friendly about my error - so helpful. Thank you, Jason! (PS: this particular UPS Store on East Main in Grass Valley has this friendly culture overall, and is the reason I only use this store for my returns and other shipping-related business!)

  I had waited in line for about 8 minutes for someone to come and help me and a gentleman ahead of me. (There was four workers in another room chatting it up). The one woman who was working arrived at the counter to help us. She finished with the man in front of me. It was my turn and she starts my sale. Next to the representative comes the manager and he takes the customer behind me. My ups worker asks me bring my package behind the counter( it was larger) and she scans the qrcode. Then out of no where; in the middle of this interaction the manager tells my person to suspend the transaction. He then tells his subordinate to help another person in line. I responded this is not okay we are in the middle of a transaction. He responded another person ( whom he was very friendly with) had priority and told me your just going to have to wait. I said this really is not cool, you should finish transactions you start and then attend to priority. He said dont you understand priority? He was condescending and rude. I stated i do understand priority, but usually the attendee finishes the open transaction then moves to priority. Flippant in his response, He stated well, that's how we do it here. To bad. I informed him that was a terrible way to do business and he looked at me and said oh well. - i will drive out of my way to not use ups off the round about in grass valley. Horrible customer service and disturbingly poor attitude for a front facing business.
