- AHAmi HoltJul 14, 20261.0I’ve noticed the store is often short-staffed, and the staff can sometimes be a bit difficult to deal with. Today, while waiting in line to return an item on Amazon, the checkout line kept moving, and even people who just walked up to it were being helped. There were two employees at the front at the time. Another customer in front of me in the Amazon return line had been there even longer. When the cashier helped a person who had just walked up, both the customer in front of me and I asked if we would be helped or if we should come back later. The cashier completely ignored us, not a single word was said to us. When the other cashier eventually came and helped us, he was rude and even threw the items into the bag. A simple, “Sorry guys, he’ll be right with you” would have been much better. And to completely ignore us when we asked if we should come back later was so unprofessional. I didn’t ask my initial question with an attitude, nor was I rude to start. The owners should consider hiring more staff, which might help improve the attitudes of those already there.

John helped me every step of the way. First he loaned me a pen to complete my job application. He then personally assisted me on scanning my application. He then assisted me in printing my resume. John made every step of the process so easy. I am so grateful for John & Staples in Grass Valley. Way to go! Best customer service experience EVER!
