- CGCrystal G5 days ago1.0I came to the post office to send off a package. The package was a perfume and was a return. The item was in its original packaging along with the return label and since it was a perfume, a hazard signage on it. The woman who was an older brunette with glasses was refusing to scan it in. I asked why and she kept saying the return label and the hazard signage had to be together. She kept pointing to a sign to supposedly “show” me the way it was supposed to look but all she was pointing to was a sign saying the proper items needed to be on the package and legible. Which they all were! I told her that’s how the label and signage was provided to me and it was together and she kept saying I needed a bigger box because the return label and signage needed to be side by side. I’m like it’s in it’s original packaging why would I get a bigger box? She refused to scan it in and made me drive to another post office where they confirmed everything was perfect and they scanned it in and took it just as it was. It’s not my first time sending off one of these packages and I’ve never been given so many issues. She was extremely rude, unhelpful, and not knowledgeable. I even asked her to show me exactly how I would place the return label and signage and she just kept referring me to a not relevant sign on the wall.

When I arrived at 9:30am there was a line all realizing the lockbox was locked, yet I’ve visited it in the mornings several times in the past with no issues!
