  I have a mailbox at this store and the entire staff is amazing, especially Hannah. She is always so helpful and efficient! Thanks for making my life easier. Highly recommend using their services.

  This the only Ups store that has great customer service every time! I will travel past 5 stores to make it to this one keep up the good work!

  Avoid this place! The customer service is awful! There is a young white lady with glasses she is very disrespectful! She acts like she owns the UPS store and asks people for money to fill up her pocket! I ordered some stuff from Macy’s and added this store because that was an option for delivery. She told me I was not allowed to pick it up unless I gave her $20 and told me some BS stories that made no sense. I've been coming to this store for many years and no one gave a hard time except her! I will report her to her supervisor and won't return to this store! She needs to get some medical attention because the entire time I was there she was arguing with me and talking back to me, and I'm sure to other customers seemed like a habit to her! Avoid this place!!!!!!
