  I had a great experience at the Staples in Granada Hills, CA. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop in. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. The print and office services were especially impressive — quick, efficient, and high quality. It’s nice to visit a store where customer service still matters. The checkout process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this Staples location for office supplies, printing services, and great customer care. I’ll definitely continue shopping here!

  Don’t schedule a TSA precheck appointment on Wednesday! They don’t have anyone there but they let you make appointments even though “everyone knows they aren’t there wednesdays”

  I stopped by to get my passport picture taken and it was super easy to do! I first walked up to the copy/mail center area and the let me know that passport photos were taken on the other side of the store. The Staples was kind and friendly and she walkied to let person who does photos know that was walking over. I walked over, Eric met me there, he took my picture, let me look at it, I wanted a re-do, we did the re-do and then I was good to go. He then printed out the pictures in the correct sizing, and I was on my way. A positive experience, quick and efficient visit.
