- SFsusanna francisDec 19, 20241.0María needs to retire. This is one of many times she has been horrible. I opened a box, she gave me one key and didn’t charge me a deposit. I was fine with one because it hadn’t become an issue until I went back to work from leave and needed the other key. She falsified information and stated she gave me two keys, when I said no, she wanted to argue with me, she said fine she would since she doesn’t want to deal with it. I told her I notice there’s a lot she doesn’t want to deal with and she refused me the second key after all. The side of town in live on doesn’t get delivery from USPS, she knows she can connect our packages to our addresses when Amazon leaves our packages there but again to do the bare minimum, she sends back to sender. I’ve called USPS about it and they said it’s up to the postmaster, Maria said he’s never there and when I’ve left my I for with her to have him call me, she doesn’t give it to him, he already confirmed that. We need USPS to deliver to our side of town! she literally says she doesn’t care when there’s an issue so now I’ll have to record with my phone every time I HAVE to interact with her. Get rid of her!

They cannot seem to pick up correctly, track anything, or deliver anything to the correct address. Even if It involves live animals. I have no idea what they are doing but I know it's not their job. Do not trust them to accomplish anything.
