Each visit has been met with rude, unhelpful staff who clearly don’t care about doing their jobs. They don’t print shipping labels—only QR codes. What kind of half-functioning USPS doesn’t let you print a label in 2025? I had to leave, go print it myself, and come back. Then, when I asked for help taping the label to the envelope I bought there, the guy barely taped the corners. When I asked for more tape so it wouldn’t fall off or get damaged, he said, “Ma’am, this is all we can do for you,” with full attitude. Whether it’s policy or not, basic courtesy costs nothing. If you're that miserable, maybe don’t work in customer service. This location is a joke.
