  I went to this staples two months ago to take my passport picture. Online it states that you can get a digital picture that comes with the USB and two printed photos. I go in and I ask specifically for the digital pics bundle. The employee says yes. He takes the pictures. He then says there are no more USBs. … Whatever, the pictures are already taken so I was like I’ll just buy a USB separately. But then I realized I’d be paying $25 for the pics and another $20 for the USB. I was like ?? Because the bundle is SUPPOSED to come with the USB. Then I was like can you email them to me or something because you guys don’t have more USBs for the passport photo bundle. He said no. Despite it stating online that the package of the digital pics comes with the USB this guy wanted to charge me for the digital package (while not giving me a USB, just the printed photos) and then charge me again for a USB to put my pictures on. Again, he was trying to charge me $25 for the BUNDLE without the USB to store my digital photos and another $20 to buy a USB in store that he’d put the pictures on. The honest and appropriate thing to do would’ve been 1. Say you don’t have a USB to put my digital pics on and say you cannot sell me the bundle package. 2. Charge me $25 and email me the pictures without a USB. Instead these guys tried to legit scam me lmao. This was the most useless and unhelpful interaction ever. Just thinking about it again prompted me to write this review.

  Looks like they had chairs computers I like and rubber bands for something which is great to hear they have them

  I am not typically yhte guy that leaves reviews, but the floor manager Jeremey was so remarkable that I had to go out of my way to make sure he was recognized. Went in for a product they were sold out of, just when I was about to leave, he wanted to make sure I found everything alright, and was very personable and helpful in offering me options. I opted to have the product shipped to my house, which I didn't even know was an option at Staples! Shout out to Jeremey, putting him in charge was the best decision.

  Easy online to use. Store staff at Goleta store are really helpful and supportive when I am there. It's worth it to drive from SB to Goleta for quality service. Roberta is wonderful

  Omaari, in the print shop, offered top notch service! I was stunned that he consistently went out of his way to help me when I was really struggling to get some invitations printed. The print machine quality needs to be improved at Staples (or they should NOT offer it as a service) but at least the customer service is good. The images were too grainy and dark to use, so we did not complete the purchase, but Omaari did everything he could to fix our issue. Get better machines and promote Omaari so you can stay in business!
