The store was empty, except for the three employees who were having a private conversation. I asked for help and one employee told me to read the instructions next to the copy machine and then continued the conversation. One of the three, her name is Kamela, came over to me and went above and beyond to help me. She showed me how to send an email to fedex, how to get the wifi since I wasn't getting a reply, and then she showed me how to follow instructions and gave me the valuable tip to make click choices to avoid printing in color (this was not an obvious thing). She helped me save time and money and I asked her her name on my way out the door and told her I would write her a review. I really, really appreciate her help. She will go far.
